D’Angelo was grew up in Warren, New Jersey and graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School. A former beauty pageant contestant, in 2015, she represented Warren County, New Jersey in Miss Teen New Jersey. D’Angelo is a student at the University of Delaware where she is a Health Behavior Science major with a minor in strength and conditioning.
